What is the eFusjon Energy Club?
The energy club is a unique compensation structure that rewards Efusjon associates for their marketing efforts. Instead of paying millions of dollars in advertising money, eFusjon has decided to pay its members for sharing eFusjon with others. A nominal monthly investment is required and associates are eligible for commission payouts once they have enrolled 3 other people as energy club associates.

Is this an MLM?
“MLM” (multi-level marketing) is a term that has received a lot of negative press in the last few years. Most of the time we think MLM equals fraud. In fact, you may have heard that MLMs are illegal. First, MLMs are NOT illegal. Mary Kay, Avon, Pampered Chef and Amway are some of the most successful MLMs in history. The key is to have a valuable product that people can purchase and consume. Though the distribution model for eFusjon is based solely on Member referral, it is NOT a multi-level marketing plan. The founders of eFusjon feel very strongly against paying a marketing firm or advertising agency or retail costs to spread the word about their product. That money, instead, is paid to people like you and I when we convince people to give up their unhealthy drinks – sodas, sugary drinks, chemical-laden energy drinks, etc. – and embrace the healthy, organic alternative, eFusjon!

Is this just another pyramid scheme?
Hardly. First of all, forget every thing you’ve heard about the evils of pyramid-structured companies. EVERY successful corporation, organization, and government is shaped like a pyramid. The “scheme” that most people refer to is the sneaky, tricky way in which people are going to get left high and dry. That simply does not exist around here.
The efusjon Energy Club Compensation Plan is revolutionary and copyrighted. All members are interconnected with other members’ organizations via the Community Overlap. No other company has ever offered a referral compensation plan where the majority of the work is done by the community and shared for everyone’s benefit.

How much does it cost to join?
There is a one-time membership fee of $30 USD that allows you to purchase Efusjon at wholesale pricing. To maintain a position in the matrix pay plan, an associate is required to purchase $120 USD worth of eFusjon energy drinks per month (4 12 pack cases of 8 oz cans). Shipping and taxes will be added on and will vary depending on your region.

To whom will I sell my eFusjon energy drinks?
If you are asking this question you might be missing the point of the eFusjon Energy Club. You are in fact the end purchaser of the drinks. They are yours to do what you want with them. This is a referral marketing club. The company allows you to participate in a generous compensation plan for telling your friends and family about how you get your eFusjon Energy Drinks. If you don’t want to drink them, then we recommend giving them away to friends or family who might be interested in joining the Club. You could sell them for extra cash. Some people have partnered with coffee shops, health food stores and snack bars to sell the drinks. Understand, though, you aren’t going to make your money retailing your cans; you will make money by referring people into the Club.

How and when are commissions paid?
If you receive your commission by printed check, your check will be processed and mailed on the 10th of every month. If you receive your commission through Direct Deposit, we will deposit your commission between the 9th and 11th of each month.

What if I don’t place my monthly $120 order?
If you miss one month of ordering product you won’t qualify to receive commission for that month. You will lose your position in the compensation plan and will become a Member, if you miss two consecutive months of ordering the minimum $120 USD of product. To become an Associate again, you must place a minimum product order for $120 USD. Once this takes place, you are placed back into the compensation plan under your original sponsor in the nearest available position. Your previous position will no longer be available, nor will your previous downline or personally enrolled Associates. (Note: This does not apply to pre-launch members)

Am I required to purchase product to become a member?
No. Anyone can join the eFusjon energy club for a $30 USD lifetime membership, however only associates on autoship, for a minimum of $120 USD, can participate in the company’s compensation plan.

Can I cancel my club membership at any time?
Yes. Submit a letter requesting your cancellation to eFusjon Customer Service.

How big will the eFusjon community get?
As of Jan. 2010, there are almost 70,000 eFusjon associates. The company will be entering Canada on Jan.30th with the UK and other international markets to follow shortly thereafter. The Efusjon community could potentially grow to millions of associates over the next few years.
