If you haven’t heard already, Efusjon announced some exciting matrix compensation plan changes
effective immediately and retroactive to March 1st.

This is a giant leap forward for all of us part of the Efusjon Energy Club, and not only
makes the pay plan more simple to explain but much more lucrative for everyone.

Here is a recap of the key changes:

1. Personal enrollee volume and overlap volume are now both at 4.25% (2.0% increase in overlap)
2. The first-order bonus is now at $100 for personal enrollees
3. There is no more coaching bonus and top 30 builders pool.

The coaching bonus caused some discouragement in the field when people couldn’t find 3
people within 30 days, and it also motivated some enrollers to give away people to help
qualify their members to the Executive status, so they could collect the bonus. This as a result,
caused too much depth in the matrix, when there were higher spots that could have been filled
if people were enrolled by their original referrer.

Now there is much more motivation to enroll people yourself, with the $100 paying 83.3% on
the Associates first order. You can more than cover your monthly autoship simply by enrolling
2 people every month! If you enroll 3 now you get $300 in bonus commissions!

The top 30 builders pool was eliminated and the overlap increased to 4.25% to create more
equity withing the residual matrix structure itself. The top 30 would be difficult to crack for
the majority of members joining in the months and years ahead, therefore it made more sense
to use those commissions to increase the residual commissions, thus allowing more people to
financially gain from the Efusjon matrix compensation plan.
